Clubs & Activities

Crochet Crew
Students in third to eighth grade meet twice a week in the library before school. Join Crochet Crew and make newborn hats on a knit loom. The students make hats for newborn members of our parish, school and local hospitals. They are delivered to local hospitals for newborns in the NICU. The hats are also given to newly baptized babies at St. Mary Catholic Church. The Crochet Crew offers students an opportunity to be creative and serve our community.  Father Howard recognizes the Crochet Crew and blesses the hats during Masses in December and May.

Spirit Squad

Students in grades three through eight are invited to join the Spirit Squad. The group meets and practices cheers and routines that they perform at the school and in the community. Spirit Squad offers students the opportunity to work together to show their spirit!

Choir Club

Students in first through eighth grade are invited to join the Choir Club. The club meets once a week and performs in school and community events. They perform in Mass weekly and have participated in the League City Christmas Parade and Zoo Lights. They also sang the National Anthem at a Houston Dash Game. Not only does the choir sing beautifully; they participate in community service as well. This year they collected blankets and fuzzy socks during Christmastime for local nursing homes.

Game Club

Game club is open to students in kindergarten through eighth grade. The club meets weekly and students play a variety of board games including Monopoly, Uno, Connect Four and Trouble. Game club is a great opportunity for students to socialize with other students.
